Listing Removal & DMCA Policy

1. How Listings Appear on BizSource.ai

BizSource.ai aggregates publicly available business-for-sale listings from third-party marketplaces including BizBuySell, BizQuest, Craigslist, and similar platforms. These listings are posted by business owners who have chosen to make their information publicly available for the purpose of attracting buyers and brokers.

We do not reproduce full listing text verbatim. We create structured summary records that include the business name, general location, industry category, approximate asking price range, and a link back to the original source listing. Contact information is kept private until a listing is claimed by its owner.

2. Claiming Your Listing

If your business appears on BizSource.ai and you are the owner, you may claim it for free. Claiming your listing gives you full control to edit, update, enhance, or remove it at any time. Claimed listings receive enhanced visibility and AI-powered marketing tools at no cost for the first six months.

3. Requesting Listing Removal

If you are the owner of a business listing and wish to have it removed from BizSource.ai without claiming it, you may submit a removal request. We will process all valid removal requests within 24 business hours.

To request removal, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Listing Removal Request" and include:

• Your full name and contact information
• The URL of the listing on BizSource.ai
• A brief statement confirming you are the owner or authorized representative

4. DMCA Copyright Takedown Notices

BizSource.ai respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to our designated DMCA agent.

Your DMCA notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the material on BizSource.ai that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it
• Your contact information (address, telephone, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

5. Counter-Notices

If you believe your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our DMCA agent. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the complaining party files a court action.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, BizSource.ai has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
