NexLvel LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates BizSource.AI at bizsource.ai ("the Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit or use the Platform. Please read this policy carefully. We collect information you provide directly to us, information collected automatically, and information from third-party services:

Information You Provide

Name, email address, phone number, company name, business listing details (including financial data you choose to disclose), broker license numbers, payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers), and any other information you submit through forms or account settings.

Information Collected Automatically

IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and other usage data collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies.

Information from Third Parties

Authentication data from Manus OAuth (login provider), payment and subscription data from Stripe, contact and CRM data from GoHighLevel (GHL) when you interact with our outreach or claim a listing, and publicly available business information used to populate unclaimed listing data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: (a) provide, operate, and improve the Platform; (b) process payments and manage subscriptions; (c) match buyers with relevant listings using AI algorithms; (d) generate AI-powered content such as CIM documents and listing descriptions; (e) send transactional emails including listing confirmations, subscription receipts, and expiration reminders; (f) send commercial outreach emails to business owners with unclaimed listings in compliance with CAN-SPAM; (g) sync contact and lead data with GoHighLevel CRM for pipeline management; (h) respond to your inquiries and provide customer support; (i) monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the Platform; and (j) comply with legal obligations.

4. GoHighLevel CRM Integration

The Platform integrates with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM to manage contact records, pipeline stages, and automated follow-up sequences. When you submit a form, claim a listing, or interact with our outreach emails, your contact information (name, email, phone, business details) may be synced to our GHL sub-account (BizSource.AI, operated under NexLvel LLC). This data is used solely for internal CRM purposes — to track lead status, manage outreach sequences, and coordinate broker introductions. We do not sell your GHL contact data to third parties.

5. Stripe Payment Processing

All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or card expiration date on our servers. We store only your Stripe Customer ID and Stripe Subscription ID for account management purposes. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy. All payments are attributed to NexLvel LLC as the merchant of record.

6. AI-Powered Features and Data Processing

The Platform uses AI models to generate listing descriptions, CIM documents, buyer match recommendations, valuation estimates, and placeholder images. To provide these features, listing data you submit (including financial details you choose to disclose) may be processed by our AI infrastructure. We do not use your confidential business data to train public AI models. AI-generated content is produced on-demand and is not shared with other users without your consent.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze Platform usage. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may affect Platform functionality, including the ability to stay logged in.

8. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with: (a) service providers who assist in operating the Platform (Stripe, GoHighLevel, cloud infrastructure providers) under data processing agreements; (b) licensed brokers in our network, but only when you explicitly request a broker introduction or opt into the broker matching program; (c) law enforcement or government agencies when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of NexLvel LLC or others; and (d) a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to you.

9. Broker Non-Compete and Client Privacy

Clients introduced to a broker through the Platform will not be referred to other brokers within our network without the client's explicit consent. A non-compete policy is in place to ensure that client information is not used or sold for referrals through the network if the client chooses an alternative path. Clients retain the ability to independently seek other options at any time.

10. Email Communications and Opt-Out

We send two types of email communications: (a) transactional emails (account confirmations, payment receipts, listing expiration reminders) which are necessary for Platform operation and cannot be opted out of while maintaining an active account; and (b) commercial/marketing emails (outreach to unclaimed listing owners, promotional offers, newsletter) which include an unsubscribe link in every message. Opt-out requests for commercial emails are honored within 10 business days. To opt out, use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us at [email protected].

11. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Listing data is retained for 7 years after a transaction closes for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at [email protected]; note that some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

12. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, encrypted database storage, and access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and to notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access to your account.

13. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

14. Your Rights
